Latin Music Stars Unite for Puerto Rico – Please Donate!

2

Latin music artists united in a couple of songs to raise funds for the relief and recovery of Puerto Rico after Hurricanes Irma and Maria.

Below I include the videos of the songs “Isla Bendita” (Blessed Island) and “Almost Like Praying“. Additionally, I include a list of the artists that participate in each song. Finally, I also provide as much information as I could find about the songs.

Both songs make it easy for you to help Puerto Rico recover. All royalties every time you stream the songs will go to the relief fund. Additionally, both songs have links in streaming apps and in YouTube to places where you can donate your contributions.

About the Songs For Puerto Rico

The best known song is Lin-Manuel Miranda’s “Almost Like Praying“. Because of his fame, Li-Manuel has been invited to talk about the song in various occasions.

The other song is called “Isla Bendita” (Blessed Island) and sponsored by the newly formed non-profit organization “Unidos por Puerto Rico “. The organization was created by current Puerto Rico First Lady Beatriz Rosello for Huricane Irma. It was intended to help those in Culebra, Vieques, and the East Coast of Puerto Rico, which got hit hardest by Irma.
